Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities from the assigned leads
Developing the funnel and engaging with leads to create opportunity to achieve targets
Tracks sales data and works to meet sales team goals
Effectively engage prospects via consultative selling, keeping their needs at the center of discussion
Is a conversation starter and can keep people engaged. You know how to work through different personas and are adept at building champions within your prospects organization
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in the sales cycle, including pre-sales, customer support, partners, and product management as needed
Will be working in an KPI and metrics-driven environment, evangelizing a data-driven approach to problems
Will need to display a strong capacity to adapt to evolving workflows, metrics, and styles of selling
Maintains excellent relationships with customers

Qualifications
2-5 years of SaaS/ Software Sales experience
