Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:

- Collaborate with the PD/Sales Operations team for quotations and proposals.

- Share purchase orders (PO) with clients and process received POs for factory execution.

- Coordinate with overseas clients regarding parcels and shipment-related queries.

Sales & Business Development:

- Maintain and update customer lists, track meeting ratios, and monitor deal closure rates.

- Actively prospect and follow up on potential sales opportunities.

- Develop and present quotations and proposals to clients.

- Educate clients on products through presentations and demonstrations.

- Share shipment details and invoices with clients.

Market Analysis & Trend Forecasting:

- Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends.

- Gather and review customer feedback to generate actionable insights for the sales team.

Business Intelligence & Insights:

- Compile, analyze, and present data on market trends, competition, and the business environment to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
