- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for reefer container
sales and leasing.

requirements.
- Offer customized reefer container solutions to address client needs and preferences.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
- Identify industries requiring short-duration storage solutions and convert customers to
Crystal s innovative cold storage container solutions.
- A demonstrated track record of success in sales, ideally within the cold chain industry, with
experience leading the Pharma and Food verticals.
- Established connections with key contacts in Pharma and Food companies, including
professionals in Engineering, Purchase, Warehousing, Plant Management, and Supply Chain.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with cold chain products across various modes, such as air, sea, road, and storage.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A Bachelor s degree, MBA, or degree in Mechanical Engineering
