This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary.
As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers, expand existing relationships, and increase market share.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and network within the local community.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction 1 and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the bank's products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the bank to ensure seamless customer service and achieve overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulations.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Mater's degree or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) Organized.
- Strong leadership skills.
