Individual with a minimum 8 to10 years of quota-carrying sales experience and a successful track record with target accounts
Prior experience in selling embedded system design services / product development / consulting services
Comfortable with sales operations including the creation and management of large and sustainable sales pipelines, accurate forecasting and sales reporting
A team player who can seamlessly co-ordinate between internal and external customers
Plugged into the engineering organizations of verticals such as Automotive, Storage, Healthcare, Industrial Automation etc.
Evidence of success establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives
Proven experience dealing with complex business and software development processes and issues within the OEM environment
Demonstrated ability to recommend appropriate solutions
Sound experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue generation, Demand and Opportunity management, Commercial Negotiations & Legal Matters
Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple client contacts in a self-driven environment
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
Must be able to operate independently
Self-Motivated, High Energy & Team Player
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering/ Electronics & Communications from an institute / university of repute (Required)
MBA from an institute / university of repute (Preferred)
