Manager - Sales
Responsibilities:
- Sales Champion: Drive significant revenue growth for our industrial LED lighting solutions by targeting companies, new projects, and government agencies.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of industrial lighting solutions to effectively consult and advise clients.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition and benefits of our LED lighting solutions.
- Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Supplier Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing, ensuring cost-efficient operations.
- Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with procurement teams to identify and source reliable suppliers for industrial lighting needs.
- Data & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales data and reports to support effective business planning and decision-making.
- Leadership & Motivation: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Success: Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial LED lighting sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial lighting solutions, including LED technology, product features, and relevant applications.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Negotiation & Procurement: Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to secure favorable terms.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track sales performance and provide valuable insights.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team environment (a plus).
