Sales Manager
About the Role:
- Are you a results-oriented leader with a passion for building strong relationships and driving revenue growth? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
- In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating new markets, and fostering a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious business goals across new and existing markets.
- Identify and analyze market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Partner with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and marketing campaigns.
- Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them.
Team Leadership & Coaching:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, motivating and inspiring team members to achieve their full potential.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify, attract, and recruit top sales talent.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help team members continuously improve.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, exceeding expectations and ensuring continued satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue qualified sales leads through effective prospecting techniques.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of your company's offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence, securing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on long-term business development.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring sales professionals to improve their performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales technology tools.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
