Must Have -

Minimum 7years of working experience in project sales.
Comfortable with Bangalore location.
Need working experience in high end channel setting up and management.

Job Profile: AM Sales

Job Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate high quality sales lead for Company Product Portfolio from Private Sector (Offices Complexes, IT/ITES, Education and Hospitals) & Corporate Clients from Automobile, Electronic, Hotel Industry etc.
Develop strong relation with Senior Architect, Civil Consultants, Contractors, Fabricator, Facade Consultant, Interior Designer by personal visit, courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals.
Make detailed brand presentation.
Develop a plan to have periodic meeting with Architect keeping in view to build their loyalty towards the brand.
Understanding the market trends and new development of the competitors, market watch for giving feedback to product designers.

Requirements

Candidates must have:

Age: maximum 35 years

Educational Qualification: Any graduate with any specialization, MBA or equivalent post graduate degree in business administration is preferred.

Experience: Must have at least 3+ years of experience into project sales & marketing of building materials
