Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company across various sectors, including schools, colleges, hospitals, and government institutions.
• stablish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in institutions. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the institutional sales team. Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the institutional sector. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs and preferences, and stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities.
