Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to potential customers to promote CASA along with other products and services.

- Identify and prospect new customers by understanding their banking needs and offering appropriate solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Achieve sales targets by effectively pitching CASA along with FD, RD & LI GI and converting leads into sales.

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding account opening procedures, documentation requirements, and product features.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum educational qualification Graduation.
• Prior experience in field sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and target-driven mindset.
• Fluency in local language(s) preferred.
• Vehicle along with Driving License.
