Job Description

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for the Sales Executive for the Royal Enfield showroom (company store)


Position Overview

Location: Bandra West - Mumbai

Position Title: Sales Executive

Function: Sales


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive all walk-in queries in the store.
  • Make sure that the customer receives a warm welcome at the showroom, is made comfortable and is offered appropriate refreshments.
  • Conduct a need analysis with the customer, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives to create a unique product experience that makes customers feel the need to buy an RE.
  • Demonstrate strong product and customer understanding to build trust and offer customers the right products from the portfolio.
  • Facilitating test rides in-store and at home/office
  • Engage customers on riding initiatives of RE/ dealer and other in-use elements
  • Check for finance requirements, cross-selling opportunities for gears and accessories from the customer
  • Guide the customer through the complete decision-making process all the way from enquiry to the booking
  • Showcase strong customer orientation and ensure the customer has a RE brand experience through the sales process, right from first contact to booking.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets set in line with dealership sales appendix.
  • Drive sales for the dealers by selling profitably and maximizing value-added services sales.
  • Assist the CRE sales in carrying out lost case analysis.

What you'll bring:

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales
  • Any graduate with full-time, not Diploma holders
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Riding: Must know how to ride a gear bike
