Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team and drive conversions from inbound leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to convince customers, and a results-driven mindset to meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively convert leads into successful sales.
• Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Customer Communication: Effectively communicate in English and Hindi to build relationships and persuade potential clients.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of our services and confidently explain them to potential clients.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Customer Handling: Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally to close deals.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi mandatory).
• Ability to convince and close deals effectively.
• Highly goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet monthly targets.
