Position Overview:

- We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive with 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales to join our team.


- This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting potential B2B clients across industries.

- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored SaaS solutions effectively.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure continued business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Support) to meet and exceed client expectations.

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics using CRM tools to optimize sales strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales approaches.

- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years in B2B sales (SaaS or technology-focused sales preferred).

Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with sales pipelines, CRM tools, and basic analytics.

- Proactive in identifying and closing sales opportunities.

- Passionate about technology and capable of explaining complex solutions simply.

Growth Path:
