Role: Sales Executive (Traditional Trade / Omni / Modern Trade + E-commerce

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits, identify new business opportunities, and generate leads.
• Effectively communicate product information and promotional offers to customers.
• Gather market intelligence and competitive information.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory levels and address any stock-related issues.
• Participate in sales training programs and team meetings.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required skills & qualifications

• Bachelor's with full time graduation (Part time / Distance Learning will not be eligible).
• 2+ years of experience in FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, AlcoBev, E-com & Retail sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
