Job Description:

Master Software Solutions is a leading IT organization committed to delivering innovative software solutions to our clients. We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth by engaging with potential clients and closing deals effectively.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your technical background and sales expertise to drive revenue growth through software product and service sales. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, developing proposals and contracts, and converting leads into successful sales. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with clients and meeting their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, emails, and referrals.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining the company s profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through purchasing.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
  • Maintain sales records and provide quarterly sales reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develops, manages, and nurtures new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and volume goals.

Skills Requirement:
  • Strong verbal and written English.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Experience in presentations, sales, or demos
  • Proficiency in CRM ( HubSpot) software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong technical background to understand and communicate software solutions effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
Qualification:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
6 months - 2 years of proven sales experience in software product and service sales.
