We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Ossisto, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our products/services, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Create a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
2. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products/services and their benefits. Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs.
3. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales deals. Overcome objections and objections to secure agreements. Prepare and finalize sales contracts.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
5. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports for management.
7. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and product improvement.
9. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services, their features, and benefits. Be able to effectively communicate these to clients.
