Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Project Team etc.
• The candidate should be responsible for end-to-end Real Estate property Sales.
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Relevant Experience in Real estate sector, and good knowledge about the real estate markets and competitors projects also
• Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
• Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets
• Provide the best possible solution to customers.
• To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
• Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
• Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.
• Hardworking and efficient, with good communication and negotiation skills candidates are required.

Requirements:

• Real-Estate Back ground Must.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
