Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our chemical sales team. The role involves client communication, follow-ups, and coordination of sales activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable making calls and meeting clients if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote chemical products.
• Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
• Address customer queries, provide product information, and assist in resolving issues.
• Schedule and arrange client meeting when necessary, including in-person visits if required.
• Work closely with internal departments like logistics and accounts to streamline sales operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance.
• Data collection and MIS report generation

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and handle sales queries efficiently.
• Willingness to make sales calls and meet clients as needed.
