We are looking out for Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager Position in Saksham Impex Pvt Ltd.
Location - Mumbai (has to handle Mumbai & Rest of Maharashtra).
Experience Required - 5+ Years.
Requirements: For HoReCa.
- The primary responsibility is customer acquisition and retention through engagement.
- Meeting Chefs in HORECA to present the product for introducing our products.
- Meeting with F & B Managers/Bar Manager/Bartenders/Baristas and Purchase to present the product for beverage brands for introducing our products.
- Organize tasting sessions in all of the above outlet's collaboration with brand manager and Brand Chefs and close the sales post the sessions.
- Meeting with Purchase department to follow up on product introduction and generating orders.
- Achieve / exceed defined brand-wise sales targets.
Requirements: For Retail.
- Responsible for sales of the entire range of premium imported products for the assigned area.
- Also responsible for Secondary Sales for General Trade and Modern Trade.
- Ensuring coverage, distribution, merchandising and visibility of all our brands as per company objectives.
- Focus on new product launch/re-launch to establish product in market & achieve / exceed defined sales targets.
- Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with distributors/direct account.
- Responsible for Sales management and activity tracking of the team and reporting as per guidelines.
- Training and development of all sales officers/ Territory Managers / Executives and merchandisers and promoters in the assigned area.
- Managing the commercial control on distributors (receivables, claims etc) and direct customers.
- Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.
- Responsible for Inventory management - at the distributors end (primary).
- Range Selling Ensure that all brands are distributed in each city and zone - all distributors should take our all brands, if existing are not taking any brand, then create new distributor.
Distributor Management:.
- To ensure that the distributors maintain adequate inventory (30 days) at his stock point.
- Creating new distributors based on business needs.
- Relationship Building & Co-ordination with existing distributors.
- Managing the commercial control on distributors (receivables & timely submission of claims etc.
