Job Overview :
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead initiatives in generating new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships in the IT staff augmentation space.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to devise and execute sales strategies, and a strong track record in achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Engagement:
- Identify and connect with prospective clients requiring IT staff augmentation services.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.
- Drive lead generation through networking, cold calling, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to finalize deals.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure compliance during contract finalization.
Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure a seamless process for fulfilling client requirements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any concerns or issues promptly.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports and updates to senior management on pipeline, achievements, and projections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT staff augmentation or IT sales.
- Strong knowledge of IT staffing solutions and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
