Content Lead/Content Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Content Strategy Development
• Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to marketing communication goals.
• Identify target audiences and craft messaging that resonates across channels.
• Ensure content aligns with the overall brand voice, values, and vision.
2. Content Creation and Curation
• Write, edit, and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
• Research industry trends to generate fresh, innovative content ideas.
3. Marketing Communication Campaigns
• Plan and execute content-driven campaigns to meet marketing objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness.
• Develop and manage storytelling initiatives that highlight brand achievements and impact.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging across all marketing channels.
4. Analytics and Performance Measurement
• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize future content strategies and improve results.
5. Team Collaboration and Leadership
• Lead a team of content creators, freelancers, and other contributors.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain content quality and brand consistency.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless content integration into broader marketing efforts.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand content requirements and deliverables.
• Represent the content team in marketing meetings and contribute to overall communication strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in content creation, management, and marketing communications roles.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and tools like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media management tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach to content challenges.
