Content Manager

• Develop and execute a robust content marketing strategy that aligns with our GTM plans and drives high-quality traffic and leads.
  
• Create compelling, conversion-focused content for various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, social media, and email campaigns.
  
• Design and implement content funnels to nurture leads through the buyers journey, from awareness to decision.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to ensure content effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
  
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic traffic.
  
• Leverage analytics and metrics to measure content performance and ROI, using insights to refine and improve content strategies.
  
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of content creators to produce high-quality, innovative content consistently.
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging content marketing techniques to ensure our content remains cutting-edge and effective.
  
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and adheres to quality standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelordegree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in content management and content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of content creators, demonstrating leadership and team development skills.
  
• Proven track record of creating content that drives traffic, generates leads, and converts.
  
• Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing creative and effective content.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
