HR Executive

Job Role

• Managing the Payroll function end-to-end inclusive of full and final settlements.
• Managing all statutory requirements such as Form 16, Quarterly filing of returns etc
• Executing the employee life cycle from On-boarding to Separation in the HRIS inclusive of Performance Management
• Handling the leave and attendance system
• Assisting in employee engagement, reward and recognition initiatives.
• Supporting in various other HR-related tasks

Essentials

• Should have worked on HRMS, preferably PocketHR
• Should be above average with MS Office especially Excel
• Should have worked in HR Operations for at least 3 years

Year of Experience: 2 to 6 years
