Waiter

A Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and
maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly and accurately.
Provide recommendations on menu items and inform customers about any specials or promotions.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Ensure that all food and beverages meet quality standards before serving.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:
Hotel Management / Diploma / Degree, with minimum 3 yrs of relevant experience in a similar role.
