Roles and Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Hostess greets guests, manages reservations, and coordinates seating to ensure a seamless dining
experience. This role involves welcoming guests, maintaining the reception area, and assisting with guest inquiries
and special requests.

Maintain a clean reception area.
Communicate with the kitchen and waitstaff.
Provide menus and inform guests of specials.
Address guest inquiries and concerns.
Estimate and communicate wait times.
Accommodate special seating requests.
Attend online orders maintain records of the same.

Qualifications:
Graduate in Hotel Management (either degree or diploma) with at least one year of experience as a Hostess or
Guest Relation Executive or a Receptionist.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Friendly and professional demeanour.
