Taxation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. GST Compliance:

Filing of GST returns.

GST registrations and related documentation.

Reconciliation of GST between books and returns.

GST reconciliation between GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B.

2. TDS Compliance:

Filing of TDS returns using Winman software.

Ensuring timely payment of TDS.

3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance:

Filing of Professional Tax (PT) returns.

Payment of PT, EPF, and ESI taxes within due dates.

4. Software Proficiency:

Working knowledge of Dynamics Software for financial and taxation processes.

5. Audit & Compliance:

Handling statutory auditors and addressing queries related to statutory dues.

Ensuring timely payment of statutory liabilities to maintain compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PT, EPF, and ESI tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Winman and Dynamics Software.
• Experience in handling statutory audits and compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage tax filings within deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills for dealing with auditors and internal teams.
