Junior Export Sales Executive

We are looking for a Junior Export Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the growth of our export operations and building long-lasting client relationships globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities in international markets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, quotes, and contracts.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipments and delivery timelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Support the senior sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
• Assist in handling customer documentation, including proforma invoices, purchase orders, and export-related paperwork.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in international sales or export operations (chemical industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of export documentation and procedures.

Work Timings: 11 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
