Sahaj Solar Limited (SSL) is an IEC Approved MNRE Solar Panel Manufacturer in Ahmedabad, India having all National & International Certificates which includes MNRE, MNRE Channel Partner, ISO 9001:2008, TUV Saar, IEC 61215, IEC 61730 1 and IEC 61730-2. SSL supplies quality solar panels all over the India. SSL also carries out project assignments with Solar Water Pump, Solar Street Light etc.

SSL is looking for a suitable candidate who can assist and carry out all functions. The position calls for person with suitable educational qualification, experience, maturity and integrity.

Job Description:

• System Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and performance assessments of installed solar systems, ensuring their efficiency and longevity.
• Troubleshooting& Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults in solar systems, including panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring. Provide timely and effective solutions to restore service.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, answering queries and assisting with system setup, configuration, and optimization.
• System Upgrades: Recommend and implement system upgrades or enhancements based on performance data or client requests.
• Documentation& Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance performed, including client feedback and any additional recommendations for system improvements.
• Compliance& Safety: Ensure all installations and service activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Training& Education: Educate clients on the proper operation and maintenance of their solar systems, providing guidance on performance optimization and basic troubleshooting.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering excellent service, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Emergency Response: Be available for emergency service calls to resolve critical issues with solar systems, particularly in extreme weather conditions or operational failures.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:

• Candidate should have graduated with B.E/B.Tech Electrical Engineer .
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer, ideally within the solar, electrical, or renewable
  energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including panels, inverters, storage systems, and
  monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
