Rpa Business Analyst

Job Role

• Were looking for a dynamic Intelligent Automation (IA/RPA) Designer to join our Business Transformation Team. We have a relentless focus on driving results for our customers and enabling them to invest more into their customer care experience.
• A Designer will be a critical part of our growing business where we are continually striving to automate our customer operations and will be interfacing with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help drive the adoption of the IA/RPA and will also be responsible for analyzing business processes, design and identifying/implementing automation solutions as well as guiding the Business teams and Automation development teams.
• Needs to be proficient in atleast two RPA tools AA, BP, UiPath, Pega, Power Automate with AA being the primary tool and should also be well versed in VB Automation. Other platforms such as Python, Java and experience in low code, no code tools will be a plus point.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand business requirements and document them for RPA developers to deploy the automation in an optimal manner via BRD/PDD/SDD/TDD workflow diagrams

2. Define technical framework considering all relevant artefacts including Data Integration, Security, Infrastructure Hosting, Performance and Scalability

3. Perform detailed estimations of the finalized in scope processes

4. Build a business case justifying ROI

5. Ensure that RPA processes are designed in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions using SDLC / Agile methodology

6. Should be able to create a level 5 document on the current process and build a To be’ solution

7. Experience with Process Analysis, Design and Implementation,

8. Hands on experience on RPA tools and Cognitive platforms such as – Automation Anywhere, UiPath,

9. Experience in Healthcare domain is mandatory.

Location - Bangalore

Shift Timing - 2 PM to 11 PM
