Role Summary
The candidate should be a quick learner with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We need someone who is not intimidated by work challenges, thrives under pressure, and is focused on delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities Areas
- The candidate will be involved in multiple activities, including:
- Managing official emails - Reading, monitoring and responding (optional) to official emails.
- Optimize the Head s time through effective calendar management, scheduling and coordinating special events and meetings.
- Recording minutes of important meetings, managing information flow and preparing documents for the meetings.
- Responding to calls, taking messages, and handling work-related queries.
- Preparing correspondence on behalf of the Head.
- Managing travel schedules, creating detailed travel itineraries, handling booking accommodation.
- Recording notes, preparing reports drafting executive summaries.
- Planning, organizing and managing organizational events.
- Being tech-savvy, we'll-versed in internet usage, and adept at preparing presentations.
- Supporting the Head by managing daily administrative task.
Desired Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards work
- Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Good communicator - both written and oral
- Multitasker with strong interpersonal skills
Desired Work Experience
0.5 to 2 years of experience in assisting at the leadership level role
Desired Educational Qualifications
- Graduate/Post-graduate
- Candidates with a Diploma in Executive Assistance will be preferred
