Citrix Administrator

The CITRIX environment Expert - Level 3 will be part of Safran Aircraft Engines System team inside Safran Digit organization. Team will be located in Mumbai and is estimated to 6 people.

Reporting to Safran Digit CITRIX environment Tech Lead for SAE, the CITRIX environment Expert - Level 3 will be in charge to perform complex operations, and resolve Priority 1 incident. He will also support CITRIX environment Expert - Level 2 on their day to day activities.

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage Operating on CITRIX environment standard and complex operations and changes. Act as Lead engineer on CITRIX environment incidents

2. Provide tech support to Level 2 and others Level 3 team members

3. Coordinate support activities with external support, On-Site Support team, and Safran internal support team

4. Be first point of contact for all incident. Analyze, diagnose, propose and implement technical solutions to restore the service

5. Participate to CITRIX environment implementation project such as new application, new system, new equipment, capacity evolution or obsolescence

6. Perform problem management, root cause analysis and record solutions in the knowledge base
