Warehouse Operator

Objective: To perform the kitting of components, cutting and printing sleeve operation according to SEP quality standard and established standard times

Authorities: This position has the power/right to take the necessary actions and make decisions to properly carry out the assigned tasks within the scope of the defined policies, processes, trained work and acquired skills

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities

• Perform the kitting material ,cutting & printing of sleeves as required the following processes as per SEP quality requirements
• Manufacturing documents sorting and supply to shop floor according to the Shop order.
• Sleeves and Labels printing
• Rework material issuance to shop floor Etc.
• Ensure the kit preparation activities is according to SEP quality standard and production standard
• Correct using the tooling and fixture in warehouse
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Actively Participate in complete the warehouse activities
• Packaging of finish product
• Verify all the documentation corresponds to the product
• Ensure the product is free of FOD
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects
• Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/ITI
• 2-5yrs of Experience in Warehouse operations
• Aerospace and Manufacturing industry preferred.
• Stable employment during the past 12 months, a record of continuous employment

in recent work history, or is a recent graduate. Good attendance history.

• Minimum age 18.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Must pass visual acuity test for color blindness without corrective lenses and 20/20

vision with or without corrective lenses.

• High degree of accuracy in following technical specifications.
• Working knowledge of common hand tools (screwdriver, screw gun, wire cutters, pliers).
