Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to meet performance objectives such as lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and strategies to optimize performance.

Budget Management:

• Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to achieve optimal performance and ROI.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly spend and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with the content, design, and analytics teams to create impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
• Provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders and offer actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
• Research and identify new opportunities for growth and channel expansion.

Tools & Platforms Expertise:

• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Work with marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and audience segmentation.
