JOB PURPOSE ENHANCEMENT OF SALES FROM THE EXISTING CLIENTS
Job Description:
• Client Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
to enhance business, and to solve customer queries. Ensure backend support to mentor to
enhance client satisfaction.
• Data/MIS Management - Ensure accuracy in customer related MIS.
• Billing and Financial Coordination Track scheduled payments.
• Collaboration with Internal Team - Work closely with Internal Team to address client needs and
concerns.
• Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Graduate/MBA (Regular Mode only).
• Work Experience: Fresher – 2 Years.
