Roles and responsibilities:

1 Checking WhatsApp PI group for Incoming Sales order and print it and distribute for concern

person for further packing

2 Outword shiment material checking with PI (if work assigned staff will absent)

3 Sales Invoice making and also E-invoice making

4 E-way bill making

5 ASN making through customer portal

6 Brazing Rod TC making through supplier website

7 Outword shipment weight list preparation

8 Dispatch material checking with Invoice (without material checking no any booking happen )

9 Transporter arrangement - for Local transporter material dispatch & full load vehical

10 Daily Pending sale order report- mail to warehouse manager and concern sales team

11 Phone call responsibility - all phone call related outgoing material,schedule shipment &

inventory stock,sales team should be mandatory ansurable

12 Mail Responsibility - All mail related outgoing material,schedule shipment & Incoming

shipment should be mandatory ansurable

13 Incoming shipment document printing for further porcess

14 GRN- Physically GRN checking of Incoming shipment (if work assigned staff will absent)

15 Incoming shipment GRN & A/P entry in SAP (if work assigned staff will absent)

16 Bill to ship shipment GRN entry in SAP

17 Courier-:Invoice extra copy to HO to concern person

18 apart from this key responsibility if any work it will be assign to you from warehouse manager

19 Reporting to - warehouse manager
