Engineering Store Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels of engineering spares, consumables, and tools.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper material storage practices.
• Raise purchase requisitions (PR) for stock replenishment and critical engineering items.
• Coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement of materials.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, inspect for damages, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure the engineering store operates with a clear issuance/return policy.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports
