Job Title : Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Renewable Energy
Location : Base Location: Delhi; Travel to Site Locations
Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a robust background in managing HR functions at the plant/site level for EPC and O&M projects.
- The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of progressive HR experience and hold a degree from a Tier 1 college.
- This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business goals and foster a productive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
- The HRBP will be based in Delhi but will require travel to various site locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives and growth in the renewable energy sector.
- Employee Relations: Manage all aspects of employee relations at the plant/site level, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process for site level positions, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who align with the company's values and objectives.
- Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and feedback, and support managers in addressing performance issues.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Lead initiatives to promote continuous learning and professional growth.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support data driven decision making processes.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and - retention, fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- HR Operations: Manage day to day HR operations at the plant/site, including payroll, HRIS maintenance, and policy administration.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field from a Tier 1 college.
- Graduation in any field from a Tier 1 college
- A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing HR functions at the plant/site level for EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.
- In depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
