Sales Co-Ordinator

JOB TITLE: SALES CO-ORDINATOR

LOCATION: NAVI MUMBAI

JOB ROLE: To provide backend support to the Sales team for sale of Spare parts. Assist the Sales Manager in handling client orders, preparing offers, and coordinating various operational processes. The position involves regular communication with clients, Italian counterparts, and internal departments like warehouse and accounts to ensure smooth execution of orders. The candidate will be responsible for preparing sales reports and MIS while handling data analysis tasks to support decision-making processes. This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a dynamic environment.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Operational activities of spare part division
• Analytical thinking and strategic involvement in achieving set targets
  

REPORTING TO: Sales Manager

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Back-end Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks and coordinating day-to-day operations.
• Client Coordination: Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure smooth order processing, addressing queries, and providing status updates.
• Offer Preparation in SAP: Prepare accurate sales offers in SAP and ensure timely execution, managing all related documentation.
• Follow-up with Italian Counterparts: Work closely with the Italian team to track order status and ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
• Coordination with Warehouse and Accounts: Facilitate communication between the warehouse and accounts departments to manage order dispatches and payments efficiently.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze various sales and operational data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Sales Report & MIS Preparation: Prepare and present sales reports and various MIS documents, providing key metrics and actionable insights for management.

AGE: 24-35

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL: Any degree
DESIRABLE: Good working knowledge on excel/reports.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

ESSENTIAL: 3-5 years of experience in sales support.
DESIRABLE: Experience in the any engineering manufacturing industry.

DESIRABLE SKILL SETS:

• Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools (advanced skills preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
