We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager with proven experience in account farming, mining, and business expansion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximize the value and success of our offerings.
(Shift Timings6 PM to 3 AM IST).
Qualifications:.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue growth targets.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:.
Account Farming & Mining: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion to increase recurring revenue.
Growth & Expansion: Develop and execute account growth strategies, driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by proactively understanding their business needs, aligning our solutions to their goals, and delivering continuous value.
New Opportunities: Hunt for new business opportunities within existing accounts by identifying unmet needs or underutilized features across departments or teams.
Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring open communication and alignment between customer expectations and company offerings.
Negotiation & Renewals: Lead negotiations for renewals, pricing adjustments, and service upgrades, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
Analytical Thinking: Analyze customer data, usage trends, and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborative Work: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.

Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work with global customers.
Ability to work across varied customer segments.
Good understanding of SaaS and business processes.
Good-to-Have Skills:.
Relevant experience as an Account Manager or similar Customer Success roles, with a strong focus on customer expansion, and growth strategies.
Has worked with global customers, and across different segments in the past.
