Regional Business Manager - Shrimp Mediciene

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth for shrimp health products in the region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with shrimp farmers, hatcheries, and distributors.
• Provide technical support on shrimp disease management and product usage.
• Lead, train, and monitor the regional sales team for optimal performance.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and brand positioning.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Veterinary Science, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in aquaculture or animal health sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within East & West Godavari.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
