Officer / Senior Officer / Executive - Sales

Role : Sales Officer

Job Summary: Responsible for selling fish and shrimp feed, as well as providing exceptional service to farmers. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that enhance their aquaculture operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing:
• Identify and Reach Out to Potential Clients: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers within the designated sales territory.
• Promote and sell fish and shrimp feed products to farmers and aquaculture businesses.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Customer Service:
• Provide technical support and advice to farmers on the use of feed products.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct farm visits to offer personalized service and gather feedback.
• Educate farmers on best practices in aquaculture to improve their productivity and profitability.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Keep detailed records of sales, customer feedback, and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
