Job Description
- Proven hands-on experience with manual and automation testing of web development, APIs, and scripting languages
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Mobile, Force.com )
- Salesforce Certified - Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications is a plus
- Ability to programmatically or manually test any software product and develop automation
- Able to lead multiple QA projects at a given time
- Directs and monitors BA and QA/QC activities to ensure the traceability and op
- Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices is a big plus
- Worked on projects involving large CRM data volumes and batch integrations
- Experience in testing advanced formulas and workflow rules, Process Builders and FLOWS to enforce business processes
- Experience working with development teams to document and clarify requirements and manage scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycle
- Experience in successfully implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures
- Creative - able to think outside the box; uses knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers in a timely manner.
