Proven hands-on experience with manual and automation testing of web development, APIs, and scripting languages
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Mobile, Force.com )
Salesforce Certified - Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications is a plus
Ability to programmatically or manually test any software product and develop automation
Able to lead multiple QA projects at a given time
Directs and monitors BA and QA/QC activities to ensure the traceability and op
Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices is a big plus
Worked on projects involving large CRM data volumes and batch integrations
Experience in testing advanced formulas and workflow rules, Process Builders and FLOWS to enforce business processes
Experience working with development teams to document and clarify requirements and manage scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycle
Experience in successfully implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures
Creative - able to think outside the box; uses knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers in a timely manner.
