We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide architectural direction and ensure the platform is aligned with the companys strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Lead the architecture and development of Salesforce projects, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce integrations with other systems and platforms.
Guide the development team in building efficient and reusable code.
Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and efficient.
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technologies, keeping up-to-date with platform updates and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers and architects within the team.
Required Skills:
6-10 years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 3 years in a Salesforce Architect role.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and custom code.
Hands-on experience with Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Expertise in data modeling, custom objects, workflows, triggers, and process automation.
Knowledge of Salesforce security and data access best practices.
Experience with agile methodologies and working in a hybrid environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Architect certification (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).
Experience in managing or leading a Salesforce development team.
Prior experience in consulting or working with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
