Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and translate them into functional requirements for SAP systems.
• Solution Design: Develop SAP solutions based on the requirements for key business processes, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Procurement, Asset Management, and Finance in the Oil & Gas domain.
• System Configuration & Implementation: Assist in the configuration of SAP modules (such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PM, SAP FICO) for end-users in alignment with business needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP system functionality.
• Business Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements within SAP that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness for Oil & Gas operations.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead or participate in SAP testing cycles, ensuring that functional and technical requirements are met before deployment.
• Training & Support: Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to resolve any issues related to SAP functionalities.
• Data Management: Assist in the management of SAP data integrity, ensuring the system aligns with business needs and compliance standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, suggest improvements, and work on upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ Years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst with experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong experience with SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, FICO, etc.), with a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas business processes and how they integrate with SAP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues in SAP configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
• In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas workflows, such as upstream, midstream, downstream, procurement, maintenance, and asset management.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP PM) are a plus.
