Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues or challenges that customers encounter during the product integration process.

Pre-sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical input during the sales process, including attending customer meetings and presentations.Post-sales Support: Supporting customers after product sales to ensure successful implementation and resolving any issues that may arise.
