Role & responsibilities :

Design Engineer Responsibilities: 1 1) Design and Manufacturing of SPM for automobile 2) Design and Manufacturing Robotic Fixtures. 3) Fixtures Gauges/design, Press tool. 4) Assembly Fixtures, Jig Fixtures, Checking Fixtures, 5) Good Knowledge of GD& T 6) Die casting design 2 A complete understanding of manufacturing Processes. 3 Excellent leadership skills, and desire to work in a team leader or team environment. 4 Creating detailed drawings parts. 5 Handling part modelling, assembly & detailed drawings using software's. 6 Taking Corrective measures based on feedback. 7 Effectively developed standardization of Design submitted to customer & manufacturing drawing which resulted in manufacturing design less tedious. 8 Creating part models of new components as per design aspects specification. 9 Desirable Skills : Hand in below of software's 1) Catia V5, Auto- CAD. 2) Advanced Modelling 3) Drafting in software 4) Advanced Surfacing
