Job Description:

1. Comprehensive, analytical and decision-making skills
2. Ability to use accurate measuring instruments
3. Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality management system
4. Prepare the FAI Documents as per AS 9100 D requirement for new product with CFT Team
5. Analyse failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints
6. Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving and outgoing quality functions
7. Conducting test related to samples, final inspection, trail etc
8. Calibration & maintaining measuring equipment
9. Follow-up recall measurement equipment and devices on time
10. Documentation control
11. Identifying nonconformity product
12. Clearance of GNR on time
13. Preparing and issuing of NC Report
14. 8d, CAPA & SCAR report follow-up and closed
15. Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes and establishes statistical confidence
16. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations
17. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
18. Co-ordinating with Quality Manager for internal and external complaints/issues and other requirements
19. Conducting Internal Audit and 5’s Audit
