Junior Quality Engineer

Candidate Should be able to Use all instruments., viz., Gauges, Vernier, Megger, OHM Meter, CMM & Oscilloscope.

Complete inspection report as per sampling plan

Report deviation and initiate action

Report rejected lots to production, materials and supplier

Discuss with Supplier and initiate CAPA on deviation and lot rejection

Return rejected material to supplier

Ensure either internal or external calibration of all instruments, gauges, test equipment

Attend to production issues due to defective material from Supplier

CAPA for customer complaints related to supplier material

Able to make PPAP from Supplier and in house

Review PDI from Supplier and should also be able to make PDI

Engage with supplier for direct online support

Document control for specs formula

Carry out exhaustive product audit

Engage in process audit and CAPA

Need to visit supplier

Should have knowledge about ISO / IATF relation to supplier quality Should have knowledge of Electronic Components and its testing
