Role & responsibilities

Regional Co-ordination

• To submit the TA bills of team members timely to administration
• To submit the payments received from booksellers to accounts department
• To maintain the attendance record of West sales team.

Workshop co-ordination for Mumbai and its surrounding areas

• To organize local accommodation and transport for the resource person.
• Maintain and update workshop on outstanding payments to be collected from the booksellers.

Follow up of payments cheque & returns

• Regular follow up with booksellers for payments.
• Guide the team members on outstanding payments to be collected from the booksellers.
