Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Editor with excellent mastery over subject and instructional skills. Strategic thinking, candidates with creative bent of mind and aptitude skills required for this role.

• Curriculum and content design for pre-primary education.
• The person should use the best pedagogical practices - identify key learning objectives, use lesson flow that enhances students learning and use appropriate visual aids such as image/diagrams, gifs, etc.
• Create modules related to teaching and learning in preschool education.
• Create, review and validate the content, in terms of conceptual accuracy, simplicity of language, grade appropriateness and grammatical clarity.
• Create storyboards through brainstorming with the team.
• Knowledge of preschool syllabus, guidelines, curriculum designing.
• Design in-class and post class assessments and worksheets.
• Create, update review supplementary content materials like short notes, assignments, tests, quizzes, mock test series, etc.
• Identify gaps in content design/delivery and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain the established quality parameters for content pieces of the subject in the target course.
• Responsible for delivering product demo & training to schools/teachers about the products and functions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in designing, curriculum support for early years.
• Deep pedagogical understanding, subject specialization, and business acumen.
• Responsible for delivering product demo & training to schools/teachers about the product and its functions.
• Identify gaps in content design/delivery and recommend corrective actions.
• Knowledge of preschool syllabus, guidelines, curriculum designing.
• Awareness about the best pedagogical practices - identify key learning objectives, use lesson flow that enhances students learning through appropriate visual aids.
